Weekly Update

We have had another great week of practice.  The main cast were great being off script, and the Children’s Chorus did and amazing job! 

Main Cast - Bring Water Bottles: 

As rehearsals continue, we ask all the MAIN CAST (not Children’s Chorus) to bring water bottles to rehearsal and drink periodically.  This is to help protect their voices, especially as we get closer to the show.

SCHEDULE CHANGE:

Rehearsal on Wednesday, 3/28 has been moved to Friday, 3/30, 3-5 p.m. due to a 6^th grade field trip.

COSTUME PARADE:

Monday, 03/12: 3:00 to 3:45 p.m.  - Pharaoh, The Brothers, Potiphar, Mrs. Potiphar, Attendants, Baker, Butler, Ishmaelites, Go Go Chorus, King Singers

Thursday, 3/15:  Children’s Chorus

T-SHIRT ORDER FORM: 

All cast members receive a T-Shirt as a part of their participation fee, so we are asking that you send in your child or children’s name(s) and size(s)—please specify “youth” or “adult.”  You can simply email the information to Jean Ann Hausladen at p.hausladen@comcast.net.  We need the size information by Monday, March 12^th.

ORCHESTRA PIT CREW: 

We need one person in auxiliary percussion for the pit crew.  This involves instruments like xylophone, bongo drums, wood block, triangle, etc.

THE SET CREW needs non-led white Christmas lights.  Anyone who is willing to loan us even one strand of white lights should email Kevin Moore at kgmoore@gmail.com.  We will label every strand and they will be returned after the show.
